May 16, 1946  – February 18, 2021 Larry Lee Bailey of Rice, Texas, passed away from this life on February 18, 2021 at the age of 74.   He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.  Larry was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church and later First Baptist Church of Rice, where he became Deacon for the church.  Larry was Vice President on the school board when the Rice Elementary School was built, which is now serving as the City Hall.  He helped to get the Mike Dickens Memorial Park in Rice, he brought the Little League baseball […]
