DESCRIPTION:11:30am – 1:00pm \n  \nDear members and friends\, \nWe are in the midst of an unprecedented time in our nation’s history.  Our President and Governor have called for social distancing and mitigation to combat the Corona virus (COVID-19).  At this time\, meetings of less than ten are suggested. \nTherefore\, our board has decided to cancel our Tuesday\, March 24th meeting.  It also seems possible by listening to the President’s health team\, we may have to suspend our May meeting.  We will do what is best for our group as requested. \n— Derrick Days has been cancelled. \n— James Dickey\, our Republican State Party Chairman\, had a conference call Monday evening March 16\, and the Republican Party of Texas has moved our state convention from May 11-16 to July 13-18 in Houston. \n— NCRW has already purchased the crew socks (500 pair) that we annually donate to the Angels of Corsicana Troop Support for overseas troops.  This is our Caring For America yearly donation to be shipped at Christmastime. \n— March is Women’s History Month.  We will have a lot of catch up at our future meetings. \n— We will have a great speaker and lunch at our next get-together. \nStay well\, don’t panic and “….let not your hearts be troubled\, neither let them be afraid.”  John 14:27 \n  \nGod bless\,\nJanice Barlow\nNCRW President
