Williams was in town to dedicate the Gold Star Family Memorial Monument on the grounds of the Navarro County Courthouse Saturday May 15. A flyover of the event was conducted by members of the Commemorative Air Force’s Coyote Squadron. May 16, 1946 – February 18, 2021 Larry Lee Bailey of Rice, Texas, passed away from this life on February 18, 2021 at the age of 74. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Larry was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church and later First Baptist Church of Rice, where he became Deacon for the church.
