April 13, 2023 The Corsicana & Navarro County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a political forum for the upcoming City and School Elections on May 6, 2023.  The forum will be held Thursday, April 13 starting at 6:00 pm at the Corsicana Government Center Council Chambers, 200 North 12th Street, in downtown Corsicana -- with live-streaming provided by the City of Corsicana. Meet the candidates and know what they stand for.  The candidates that we vote into office will make important decisions that impact our community.  Your vote matters!

Saturday April 22, 2023 Afghanistan Navy Seal and NASA Chief Astronaut Chris Cassidy will be the Grand Marshall of the Texas Veterans Parade on San Jacinto Weekend, Saturday morning April 22 in Corsicana.  The parade will honor current and past Military Veterans from all wars and conflicts. Saturday, April 29, 2023 The annual "Derrick Days" Festival was established in 1976 to commemorate Corsicana's rich oil history and its significant impact on the community's development. The Republican Party of Navarro County is sponsoring a booth at Republican Headquarters during the Derrick Days Festival.
